Replaced on a chair I use due to original lower section breaking.This is a quality upgrade over the old one. Very sturdy.

I bought this to put on the wide office chair that you can sit criss-cross in. It didn’t originally have any wheels on it. This fits perfectly. The wheels roll smoothly! Love the gold color option!

I had to replace the base of my office chair.. but now this one squeaks! It's minor and only occasionally though.

I purchased the replacement base to use on a old desk chair which had only four legs(not legal today). The assembling of the base was straight forward. After putting the chair onto the base the overall height was too high. This was partially due to having to add an adapter plate on the chair in order to bolt on the tilt mechanism. The most effective change to lower the height was to replace the wheels with a smaller diameter set. I could have purchased a different chair base but this one is made with steel where the others were plastic. This unit is much sturdier.

La base es un excelente producto, buena presentación, robusto como yo lo deseaba, las ruedas giran excelentemente bien y el amortiguador esta funcionando excelentemente bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

The plastic leg base thingy on my office chair cracked and the hydraulic column thing went through and was dragging on the floor. I needed either a new chair or a new base. This was $75, spendy, but cheaper than a whole new chair. I like the gold color, it was easy to assemble, took about five minutes. You just attach the legs to the central assembly and screw them in. I wish there was some kind of instruction on how to remove the old hydraulic thing from the chair, but YouTube helped with that. The wheels roll well enough. Hopefully it’s sturdy enough for my chonky booty, but it says heavy duty. The shiny gold is very fancy. Oh, it raises up taller now, which is great, as I always wished my chair went up just an inch higher. So if you need a replacement base for a beloved office chair, this one does the job, and it’s shiny.
