Using it to cut new railings for a patio deck and it cut so well, the motor doesn't even slow down. It's awesome!

Llegó antes de lo previsto. Cumplió con lo anunciado por el vendedor. Me falta darle más uso, pero con las pruebas corta excelente.

Added this to my Dewalt Chop Saw blade collection to cut aluminum. I was having trouble using high tooth count wood blades. This is amazing. I am cutting 80/20 extrusion (3000 grade i think) and large aluminum tubes and extrusions (6061 @ 4" OD). This blade rips through them.Pictures are wood blade and then aluminum blade. Aluminum blade did not deform the material at all, and barely left any edge burrs. I didn't know that was possible.Careful if you are moving from a wood blade though. As other reviews have commented, this blade cuts like butter, so if you are used to feeling some resistance, this blade will glide right through the aluminum.

I bought this blade for my . I'm working on a project that uses extruded aluminum (20x60mm). I couldn't find the exact length that I needed so I had to cut a larger piece down to size. While researching options for cutting aluminum, I found this to be the most inexpensive option (as much as I would love to buy another power tool!).After installation, I put a few drops of olive oil on the center of the blade-- wasn't sure how hot it would get and didn't have proper lube. It ended up working out just fine. I made sure to clamp my piece to the saw, wore eye protection, and a coat with long sleeves (I read that it's possible to get burned with the chips). I took the cut slow and it went through in no time. The cut is very smooth and clean without any burring. The metal wasn't even very warm when finished. So glad I didn't fork out a hundreds of dollars for a multi-purpose miter saw.Tip: Be sure to check your miter saw's motor rating. This blade is rated for 7000 RPM. The 100 Tooth blade from Freud is rated for 8000 RPM.
