I like the extra length. Although I haven't put my topper on yet (waiting till closer to winter) it should seal nicely. If it doesn't and I missed the marks, there's enough left to add more. That's a plus, plus for me, since I had to lift the topper, hold and apply the seal by myself. I got the topper up on the stand I built, now to get it on the truck and make sure it lines up with the trucks frame.

Used for hvac flapper door seals on vintage pickup, worked well, only moderate level adhesive.

I bought this last year with intention of applying it to my Jeep hard-top when I did my autumn swapping out the softop for the hard top. As it started raining I did not get a chance. This year the weather cooperated and I finally got to use it. Application was easy, thickness, width and length appropriate for a JK top. I am getting no air leaks at fast highway speeds.

This is great foam tape. I recommend it to others.I was using this tape to make boards that could help level acrylic while bonding large pieces together. Acrylic naturally warps, but if you set it on boards with strips of camper tape, the acrylic naturally sinks at the warps and makes a flat surface. A flat surface is essential to bonding two pieces of acrylic together securely. This camper tape fit the bill perfectly for that task.It would work well for other tasks, too. It attached securely to MDF board and has held that position. When I removed the acrylic tank, the camper foam didn't stick to the acrylic on the non-sticky side of the foam (aside from a little bit from pressure). It came off quickly and did not peel away from the MDF board at all—it had a firm grip on the MDF board. I've used it for a few weeks now and it shows no sign of wear despite living in my very hot and humid garage.Overall, I recommend this foam to others. You probably aren't using it for what I was doing, but it's still a great, durable foam with a strong adhesive grip on one side, which will be well-suited to many other uses.
