I really like this pouch. It has one large zippered pocket and a smaller outer pocket which has ~2 1/2 inches of Velcro for closure. I tried different sized books (mass market paperbacks, trade size, and even hardcovers), smaller notebooks, and even my Kindle and each fit with no problem. I can see using this pouch to hold a variety of items. I found the quality to be very good - no issues with the zipper, Velcro, or any of the seams.The green leaf pattern looks exactly as shown here - very pretty!

I love this book pouch! It allows me to carry my books in my totes and large bags without worrying about damaging them! The material is a smooth fabric that seems to be water proof. It has a large capacity and can hold multiple books at once and still close easily! There is a front pocket that closes with a small velcro - perfect for pens, your phone or kindle, a small journal, etc.I love that I can now travel with my books protected! The pattern is beautiful and good quality, especially for the price! Much more affordable than the ones I saw at the bookstore.
