I havent tried to travel by plane with this yet so I have no idea about all that. I got it to carry insulin during our months of hellacious heat. It has worked very well and I like that it is cute and has different designs. It keeps my insulin cold for over 8 hours.

Perfect size for insulin pen, and all other items needed for after meal testing and injections.

This is a pretty good and well insulated case and it comes with two little gel packs that after throwing in the freezer for a bit work REALLY well. Although the package is made for diabetics, its so well insulated smaller snacks or drinks could fit in it and it would work GREAT to keep them cool. You can also use it as a portable case to keep smaller beauty products and creams in so it works for that, too!There is straps to hold in the insulin and pockets to hold additional stuff and most importantly this case is TSA approved so you can travel with it, without it being an issue. It's portable and will keep whatever you put in it cool for HOURS, up to six at a time.Beyond that not a lot to say as it works great, keeps things cool, and I love it!

I am reviewing the Leng Ke Insulin Cooler Travel Case, Portable Insulin Case for Insulin Pen and Medication Diabetic Supplies, Travel Medicine Cooler Bag with 2 TSA Approved Ice Packs （Pink Rose)I recently acquired a slightly different insulin case from this seller and wanted to give this one a try as well. This one is just large enough to hold two insulin pens, with needles, and the ice packs to keep them cool. The seller states these ice packs will maintain cooling for four hours, so keep that in mind when searching for a portable medication cooler.The zipper works as it should. The print is pretty and I appreciate that it looks like a pencil case rather than a medication case.
