I love this pouch for many things - notebook/pens or even as a purse. It shows I love animals as well. It is water resistant. I leave it in the car just "in case".

I'll be honest...I ordered this because the kitty on it looks very much like one of our cats, Michael Meowers :) I wasn't sure if I would actually use it for books - I AM a pretty voracious reader, but I tend to read in bed or on the patio...I usually don't bring books with me on the go unless they are digital, since we tend to always buy books whenever we travel. Either way, I know I could find a use for it...I can actually find MANY uses for this! It's a nice, larger size - you could put a bigger/thicker hardcover in here and also accessories if you wanted to. It's a nice, easy to clean material that is waterproof, which is excellent...and it has a nice zipper than keeps whatever is in it nice and secure. There's also an outer pocket where you can put bookmarks etc. You can either use this as a full size item or fold it with no issue. The print on it is very high quality and it looks like it could have easily come from a small, boutique book shop.You can put just about anything in here - books of any size (of course) but also pens and pencils, art supplies, craft stuff, makeup accessories, and so, SO MUCH more! This item would make a great gift for anyone who is a reader and also a cat lover. It's a fantastic price, too, so you can get one for yourself, too! :)Overall, we absolutely love this book cover and have no doubt that you will, too. I highly recommend it!!

I use this for a notebook I use at work all the time which was getting beaten up from being in my backpack all the time. This provides a good level of protection and has space for me to bring my pen as well in it. It has a cute design and is made of good material. It's very easy to use with the zipper top I can just drop my stuff in it, zip it up and go and it has a little carry handle too making it very easy to carry around.
