Quick and easy to install. Don't be afraid to stretch this out, you're not going to break it. It quickly went over our CX30 key fob and fits very snug. Now the fob is protected from drops and scratches. All the remote functions still work and the buttons are still just as easy to press. The hardware is all metal and has a nice finish on it. If you're looking for a way to protect your key fob this is a great way to do it. Good value for the money.

This cover is truly fantastic! Protects my Mazda key without interfering with the signal, and it does all of this while providing good protection and looking like a million bucks. Feels great in you hand and adds no considerable bulk.

When I saw that this would be more of a pain to remove I didn't bother putting it on, especially having long nails. In case of emergency and battery failure DOES happen you will be fighting this to get to the key, to start your car.Not worth the time and as a woman not worth the risk when you need your keys ready.

This is a soft (see pic) Mazda key fob cover that offers extra protection but after using it and switching back to just plain key fob again I am not sure of its purpose.The key fob itself is already taking up a lot of space in my pocket and this expands it from all sides, making it huge as a result. Also, the original key fob feels scratch resistant already. I don’t see how the average person would need this much extra protection. Lastly, the average looking soft buttons and shine actually hide the original key fob’s elegant look.I imagine if you usually put the key fob in a purse or bag with a lot of rough shaped objects or have children that play with them then this could help.

Decent enough cover, though a slight bit cumbersome to get the fob into the cover. It is quite thick, but it seems like it should certainly be protective. This was the primary reason for me getting the cover in the first place. Really the only reason I'm taking a star off is because it's almost too thick and too stiff.
