My 15 year old dog adapted to this bed quickly. I got it because of summer travels. I don’t know for sure if he needed the cooling, but he did enjoy the comfort. I don’t know how he would have liked it in the winter because he didn’t make it until cold weather. He did enjoy the nest cover but I think he wished it would nest a little more. It was well worth making his last few months more comfortable.I passed along the bed with a second cover to my brother’s dog who is smaller and loves to bury toys. A second cover is great; they’re not super durable.

The bed is great. Good quality and my dog loves it! However, the aqua is not as pictured. It’s a bright blue color that I don’t really like, but not a big enough deal to return it 🤷🏻♀️

Both are jumbo size in my pictures, both bought within 4 months of each other. Nester is 38 inches long and only 3 inches thick. Its advertised as 40 inches long and 4 inches thick. The nester was 15 dollars more and is diffently smaller in size and not as thick. I feel ripped off. I had loved these beds. This being our third. The first was the blue, but my mom's dog put holes in trying to make a nest. That's fine, I'll get her a nester. I got the size smaller than jumbo, and they like it but love the size of the jumbo. So I spent the 35 dollars more to get the jumbo nester and it came smaller in size and thickness then the lesser expensive first jumbo bed I bought. This is a scam as they charge you more for the nester but the come smaller.UPDATE**** The customer service is usless. The told me that in 2022 they changed the beds and that I got one from the older stock and one from the newest beds upgrade. But they have not changed the sizes on their site so you are actually buying a 38×3 not a 40x4 as their specs say. I think this is not okay as my first bed was bought late December of 2023 and the other just bought. That's 5 months apart and one year after their bed change size. It's also been 2 years and they have no updated their specs.

I received my package from Amazon today, not even 12 hours ago, and I just opened it and it is ripped. The box was damaged it arrived in as well, not a big deal because I understand that happens. I’m not happy because this was over $100, and it’s already ripped? I just don’t understand, and would like this resolved. I think this is very cheap quality, I’ve gotten better dog beds off Chewy. I got this one mainly because of the nesting top for my golden retriever, he likes to get comfortable but I’m disappointed.
