Hi gardeners! I just received these. I am an intermediate gardener and i always wear gloves, not just as protection from thorns but to keep my hands clean from mushy soils and stinky plant food. My main gloves are long and go to my elbows. But I learned recently that I should be washing them way more frequently than I actually do, with some experts recommending that gloves should be washed after each use to prevent the spread of disease and harmful pests between plants! Ew! I never even thought of that! I needed to buy more gloves! In the past, I've had short gloves to use when I'm doing quick stuff like pulling a few weeds or watering. Last year I bought a pack of really cool "disposable" fabric gardening gloves from somewhere. They had some kind of plastic or rubber on the palm side, but the back of the hand was basically just woven fabric. I really loved the fit of those gloves but couldn't fiind them this year. The only problem was that when my hands got wet, the moisture would seep through on the back of my hand since it was just woven fabric. They didn't wash well so I tossed them after every 2-3 uses.I looked for something similar on Amazon, but this time hoping to find something with waterproof fabric on the back of the hand as well as the front. And I stumbled upon the G&F Gardening Gloves. The price was right and they were in a pack fo 3. While I don't consider these "disposable," I hoped that they would wash well at least so that they could last for the season. They arrived today and had to manage my expectations, worrying that they won't fit correctly or perhaps they'd feel cheap.. Well I'm happy to report, they are perfect! Heavy textured "rubber" (latex) on the front and back of the fingers, but breathable fabric at the wrists. I usually wear a medium glove for women, or a small in men's ( and in unisex disposable nitrile gloves I wear a medium). Also, these G&F gloves provide a lot of dexterity and my fingertips fit right to the tip. So far I am very pleased!I haven't used them yet, though, as it's cold today and I won't be able to garden. However these feel really good, my hands aren't overheating, and the rubber coating doesn't seem like it's going to peel off or separate. The colors are bright without being too obnoxious (no flowery, patterned gloves for me) and they'll be easy to find if they get buried at the bottom of my garden tool bin. I foresee that these will be a great alternate to my favorite long gardening gloves! As gardeners we have so much to spend our money on, that if I can at least avoid paying $$$ for gardening gloves that are just going to end up caked with dirt, then that's definitely a bonus!PS. Please be advised that these are "textured foam LATEX" so if you or anyone around you has a latex allergy, these are probably not good to have around.

I ordered these in order to use them for gardening and I am very happy with my purchase. Easy to put on, easy to take off and clean. Also, the textured part by the fingers is great, not too thick and I can still easily grip gardening tools or do some digging in the soil, even when the soil is wet.

I have longer fingers than most women and these gloves fit me perfectly. It's true they call them "medium" but they are actually "one size" but it's one size for WOMEN so it's not like buying giant men's gloves or anything. If you have petite ladies' hands they might be a bit big, but they're perfect for me. I'll be buying more. I also like that they are nylon rather than polyester. (I'm allergic to polyester.) Good thick coating on the gloves. And attractive bright colours you won't misplace in the garden!

As you ladies know, all garden gloves are not created equally. Most are made for man-sized hands, length and width, and they don't come in nice colors. Ok, I've found a few small ones that work ok, but they don't protect the fingers very well. The G & F 2030 Women's Garden Gloves with Micro Form Nitrile coating texture grip (the name says it all!) fit a women's hands and should be comfortable for all but the very smallest or very largest hands. The elastic part of the glove fits snugly around the wrist, so even though my hands are fairly small, these gloves don't feel overly big. The very best thing about them is that the Nitrile coating covers the palm and all the way over the fingers to the back of the hand (as pictured). To me this is a big deal because my hands would invariably get wet and dirty, with the ones that only cover the tip, and then they'd get muddy and my hands didn't stay clean. Today I wore these gloves for hours doing all kinds of dirty work and when I took them off my hands were clean. No dirt under my nails!! Also, the textured coating seems thicker than most garden gloves, so they grip really well, and I think they may also last longer. Time will tell. So, what's not to like: comfortable, keep your hands very clean and dry, come in bright flower colors, and they're a great price--the same or less than the ones with the finger-tip-only coating. These gloves are a good value; so try them, you'll like them."This product review is based on the practical use of a complementary copy of the product itself in the form of honesty and most accurate opinion to the best of my knowledge.
