If you don't want to be disappointed with this, you need to be sure you understand how tiny it is. It says 6", but that's the top diameter. The bottom diameter is only 4". Really measure that out right now so you have a good visual. I bought it knowing that and was still surprised at how tiny it is!That being said, I love this little guy! It arrived with a very nice brochure explaining Paella and included a recipe and tips, which gave it a special touch. I think this would make an adorable gift, along with the brochure that comes with it. It gave me the feeling of holding something authentic in my hands.Now, I can't speak about Paella, I don't actually make Paella, although now that I've read the brochure I might just try it, but in a larger pan. I actually bought this as an inexpensive alternative to an 'one egg frying pan'. I wanted one of those tiny egg pans, but they were ridiculously overpriced. Additionally, I have an induction stove so it was hard to find one that was reasonably priced, induction compatible and that didn't have some chemically non-stick coating. So I got creative and found this little pan. It's not advertised as an induction compatible pan, but I knew it would be because I have other enamel coated pans that work on my stove. Use caution if you try this though, since it doesn't have a long handle the little handles DO get hot, you need to be careful.I live alone, so this little pan is perfect for a couple of eggs or to heat up a veggie burger. One of my saucepan lids fits on it perfectly, too. I'm pretty pleased with my little workaround, but you might have other creative ways to use this pan. Camping for example, I think it would be perfect as a small backpack-friendly pan. Or get a few of them and make everyone in the family their own teeny tiny paella!

Duh….I thought this was a 15inch pan, not 15cm. It will be good for tapas.

Es una cosita pequeñita, casi no cabe nada, podríamos decir que es buena como paellera de risa o de adorno.

Preciosas, bonitas y resistentes al lavavajillas y para dividir en porciones pequeñas la comida es ideal, un regalo muy típico y accesibleVisten muy bonito la mesa en cualquier ocasión, sin duda compare más.
