A definite improvement over the antenna that I had next to the tv. Right now it's just sitting on the attic floor, but it does a great job.

Works very well and a pretty straight forward install in the attic. Came with all the hardware needed to get going. No amplifier required, this passive antenna 25 miles from urban center picks up all the broadcasts and then some. Well worth $30 and a few hours got the better reception and more channels that this gets over my previous small antenna.

Excelente, la antena es fácil armar y conectar agarro cerca de 50 canales locales, la imagen muy nitida en la mayoría. Voy a comprar otra para la casa de mis papas.

Estuve varios días probando esta antena, para comprobar que es mentira lo de largo alcance porque no podía ver canales de tv Digitales sin ningún problema, cosa que no ha sido, así y no ha cumplido con el motivo de compre, ver canales de TV Abiertas digitales

Muy buen producto todos los canales se ven , buen material y se conecto a una pantalla 4K LG . Lo recomiendo

Dudaba de comprar esta antena por que es un tanto costosa , es pequeña y no tenia muchas esperanzas. Pero he quedado sorprendido, tengo conectado un divisor con 4 pantallas y todas logran captar todos los canales abiertos disponibles. Cabe mencionar que la antena no tiene tanta altura, entonces su recepción es muy buena. A mi me funciono muy bien y la recomiendo.

I just left the auto-tune on my tv to do its thing and it even picks up a tower 30km away from me, flawlessly.It's easy to assemble, very compact and can be attached to any wall or caravan with ease.You get everything that you need to install, but read the instructions people as there's a lot of parts in that box.Fast & secure delivery10/10Cons... Despues de haber usado dos decodificadores que costaron el doble de esta antena y se quemaron. Aparte de que usando una antena adicional que hacia que tuviera pocos canales y de mala calidad de imagen. Busque una antena digital que pudiera resolver la calidad y que no fuera tan cara. Asi es como di con esta antena y lei varios comentarios al respecto. Decidi comprarla.La instalacion fue facil, solo es conectar el plug a donde se enrosca en la tele, darle en la tele que busque los canales, que en mi caso encontro 33 canales digitales y eso que no vivo en el centro de la ciudad, y listo. Los canales se ven perfectamente y no tengo ninguna falla en la recepcion. Ya estoy pensando comprar otra.

La antena funciona excelente en una pantalla 4K, pero en una pantalla qué no es smart se distorsionan las imágenes seguido pero funciona bien.

I don’t write many reviews but I was so happy with this purchase that I wanted to help anyone in my position. I, like so many others, decided to cut the cord and got rid of cable. Among the tips I read was to purchase an hd antenna, so I started researching them.I was so confused, I read so many reviews and people had good and bad experiences with each product. Didn’t know if I needed a really cheap or expensive antenna...I did know that I wasn’t going to put the antenna on a window or hang it anywhere, I really wanted one that could be placed on the tv stand, so I piugged it into the tv and let it sit on the stand and sure enough it worked perfectly, in fact picked up over 50 channels, of which I will probably only watch 4, but whatever.In all fairness I think any of these antennas work or don’t work depending on your location...I live in the city (south Florida) not too terribly far (10-20 miles) from most of the stations so I probably only needed a basic antenna to begin with..I ended up putting the antenna behind the tv just on the mounting bracket to keep it hidden and it is perfect for my use. Your experience may be different but if you live in city relatively close to stations the. You don’t need anything else....Highly recommend, I also just ordered another for a tv in the bedroomBy the way, i am not exaggerating that the picture quality is amazing, Currently watching Foxnfl preseason football and it is as good if not better than cable.

I live in a suburb quite far from the city and many of the broadcast station antennas. I purchased the GE 29884 antenna a couple of weeks ago from Amazon. Along with the antenna, I purchased a PCT 4 Port Cable TV/HDTV/Internet amplifier (model PCT-MA2-4P) just in case I need it. I have been trying to "cut the cable" and stop paying expensive cable TV fees for even local basic television stations. In addition to the fees, my cable company switched to a system requiring cable TV boxes that you rent from them for $6/month per box. I have tried other powered indoor antennas and have had miserable experiences with them. Few channels could be scanned and the picture quality was dismal, or heavily pixelated, especially in the daytime hours. The few stations that I could pick up were often unwatchable. So back to cable I went.I decided to try the GE 29884 antenna based on the reviews I read on Amazon. The antenna comes in a fairly small box labelled as Pro Outdoor/Attic Mount Antenna. The installation booklet is small with tiny "mice" type. So you might need to scan in the booklet in order to be able to zoom in on the text and illustrations. All the parts are nicely packaged and are easily identified in the instruction manual. A count of each part type is also given, Prior to installation it helps to layout all the parts including the nuts and screws, the reflector rods, dipole antenna parts, main mast, mounting parts, etc. The installation can be a bit tricky, if you follow the manual. However is you do a search on "GE 29884 antenna assembly", YouTube videos can be found that simplify the assembly process a great deal. It took me about a half an hour to assemble the antenna. One nice thing is that rubber end caps were provided to cap off the dipole rods. The antenna definitely seems to be a quality product.I mounted the antenna in the attic, as high as possible using the provided J-mount mounting hardware and supplied M5 bolts and nuts. I disconnected the coaxial cable from the cable TV provider, and connected it to the antenna's connector located on the main mast. Using a bedroom TV, I then selected "antenna" as the input, and performed a channel scan. A total of 106 channels scanned. Most were crystal clear. Perhaps 3 or 4 were pixelated. Sure many of the channels are trash or of no interest to me (shopping channels, religious, languages I don't speak, etc) but many great channels came in beautifully including all the local channels and sub-channels, movie channels, retro, public, etc. A few audio-only channels were picked up. And I didn't have the amplifier connected.I did wire up the amplifier simply because a signal splitter attenuates the signal from the antenna as you feed the signal to multiple TVs. The 4-port amplifier boosts the signal going to each TV.So far, I've had the antenna for a week and I have not been disappointed. All I can say is "bye bye cable TV company". It is time to cut the cable. The antenna and amplifier will pay for itself in a month or two.Update: 6 weeks later: This antenna works like a charm. I have cut the cord, get no more monthly cable bills, and could not be happier.
