A bit pricey but this is the best air purifier I've used through about 15 different models. The only dislike is the loud audible beeps even when using the timer with sleep mode. Quite unnecessary. Other than that i highly recommend this purifier.

I've had this air purifier for almost a year now, I bought it at the height of the wildfires in California in 2020. But I wanted to write this review about last night! Late at night I turned on a space heater in our bathroom and in a moment I realized it was burning up! I quickly unplugged it and took it out of the house but the smell was terrible snd persistent. I did try to ventilate the house thoroughly but the odor did find its way into our bedrooms. I turned on the air purifier and yes it did work! I was so relieved that we could sleep without breathing possibly toxic fumes. The sound it makes is comparable to that of a white noise machine and easy to sleep with. When I woke up in the morning the bedroom window was still open and I got a gust of the perfume odor from my neighbor's laundry in the room too. I hoped for the best and yes, the Germ Guardian was still running and soon the room smelled fresh again. Our bedroom is around 12 ft by 16 ft and it seems to work fine. I'm happy I chose this item!

I purchased this to use at night in my bedroom. I have dust and mold allergies and this air purifier has helped me a great deal with sinus issues while sleeping. There are various levels it can be set at. Both the 1st and 2nd levels are very quiet compared to other air purifiers I have had in the past. So if you like it quiet at night, these settings are not bothersome. At it's highest level, the sound level increases a fair amount, which for me is great for those evenings when I need some white noise to drown out the sounds from noisy neighbours or kids at night. I have been happy with my purchase.
