These are decent earpads for the Sony XM4 headphones but has a slight issue.I also got this same brand for my Sony XM3 headphones as well and both sets have cushions that are thicker on one side.It's not a huge difference and doesn't make it unusable but it is noticeable and makes it unappealing for me.

Exact fit and model (the left ear cutout). 2 minutes to replace and you're left with new cushions that feel and sound great. Highly recommend to increase the longevity of your headphones (XM4)

These are excellent pricey headphones, but the ear pads do wear out for time. These replacement pads fit as good as new and feel just as comfortable as the originals. You can't beat the price.

I was pleasantly surprised they came with a little blue plastic tool to make it pretty simple to remove the old pads. They also come with all the foam that goes inside behind the pads inside the headphones. So I could throw out the old foam and not have to reuse it. I was a little confused by the cleaning pads that were included though, even though my old pads were old cracked and soft there was not anything inside the headphones that needed to be cleaned.These do sound better than old worn out pads. I think it might just be because they are a little firmer than my old broken pads that they keep the speakers away from your ears properly, and have a better seal.Nice product, especially for the price.
