This has great texture and holds its shape well. I use this for texture paintings when using a canvas bigger than 16x20. It’s lighter weight than the other molding compounds so the canvases don’t buckle. I have not seen anything that I have painted crack! It also is a little porous so takes paint very well. You can either mix it into the paste which doesn’t modify the color much or wait for it to dry and paint it on. This was a good price too !!

Undisputed quality of brand "GOLDEN", this light moulding paste delivers exactly that. Light - great for large art pieces, absorbent, and other characteristics, all offering interesting input into your artwork. Great price and early delivery. Highly recommend this product.
