Defective! I should've gone with my gut when many reviewers said there's something wrong with the turning mechanism. I installed one, and the locking mechanism wouldn't completely turn! Too many reviews of other customers experiencing the same thing for this to be a coincidence! Don't buy this cheap product! I ended up returning them.

These are great. We had long avoided replacing our door knobs until we hosted a game night. The extra security without the need to keep track of a tandom key that came with our home was a great tradeoff. Functions great and looks/feels amazing

Door knob arrived with all of the parts being loose in a cardboard box. There were visible scrapes on the knob and on some of the other pieces, as if this had been used. We returned immediately after opening.

The handles are beautiful, come well packaged, and there were no missing parts in three separate orders. However, I used them on two separate styled doors (including typical modern contractor doors) and they would not spring back to center from one direction without using a bandsaw to cut and particular part. The tighter they went, the less they functioned. I suggest a spacer, or a bandsaw for these.
