I have a mini schnauzer and it fits him. Stitching is good and the system is actually firm, so it keeps its dimensions. Definitely works as a dog carrier on my trips on the bike.

Was looking for a great bag and this one is it. I have a Kawasaki KLR650 and I also have a Harley-Davidson Softail. This bad will work anywhere. Definitely worth the money I spent.

I bought this for my Harley, but it was much too big for it and I was rather disappointed, until I ended up with a Gold Wing. It fits on that bike, as long as I leave off the front seat backrest. It's not a perfect fit, but it fits well enough.There are enough straps and places to hook them to secure it to most bikes that it will fit on. There are enough pockets for your dog's travel needs, and the included collapsible dishes work well (if only I could remember to bring them).There are three things that could use improving though.The first, my pug would like it if the top window had an expanded screen. The flat screen is nice for airflow, but she likes to sit with her head out of the hole and look around, but I can't ride like that because she is getting old and sometimes forgets she can't jump out. If she had a bubble screen, she could enjoy the view and still have the screen to remind her to stay put (and none of us trust the leash lead were she to actually make it out of the carrier, even attached to her crash-rated harness).The second, I would absolutely love it if this had aluminum or plastic tubes in the corners for support. They are thick and fairly sturdy, but over time the bag sags at the corners (from the straps holding the back in place) and that lets the straps get loose, and it means the pug gets annoyed because the roof starts sitting on her head. Usually I can turn the bag around and the straps will be pulling it the other way and that takes care of the problem for awhile, but if the corners were rigid, it would eliminate the problem entirely. Even if there were pockets where you could add the supports, it would be nice, but at this price point, the carrier should stand up on its own.The third is an important one to both me and the pug. The liner inside the carrier is wrapped in a smooth material. It's black. When it's 100 degrees outside and sunny, if dad forgets to flip the lid closed, that pad is 145 degrees and pug is not pleased. But if you flip it over, the bottom is a hard plastic that's even more slippery and the pug does not like to ride a 2-wheel slip-'n-slide! Please, lose the hard, smooth, pug-butt burning liner and cover it with something soft that will help the passenger sit and not slide all over the place. And if you made it from a material or color that didn't turn into a molten griddle when sitting in the sun, that would be great too.Overall, the carrier has been through more than a full season now and has held up well. It did take a little bit of riding for my pug to get used to the bike, and I certainly recommend you do this portion of riding in town and at low speed (it is amazing how much a 19 lb. dog can throw a bike flopping around) so that while they are getting used to riding, you can get used to what they can do to your bike. The first time your dog flops over in the carrier you'll see what I mean. It doesn't faze me at all now, and she's not so restless now that she's used to riding and actually seems to enjoy watching the scenery through the windows and smelling all the new places. And when the weather turned south, she was certainly happy to be inside where the rain could be closed outside.

We use this for our Shihtzu for short rides 20-30 miles. I have taken it off an back on my motorcycle several times. Still feels quite sturdy. There are so many straps to tie it down with and so many more places to add straps to if you want you can move the bike before you pull off the bag.It's small enough for out dog to look out the bag, but big enough that is he gets tired he an lay down inside and relax.We are very happy with the bag.
