The aesthetics of this cell phone are magnificent, if it weren't for the fact that Amazon sells it as refurbished, you wouldn't realize it!

This is an upgrade from my pixel 8a - for a renewed phone, the price was right and short of the slightest mark on the screen, one would think this phone was brand new. Works exactly as it should, its an upgrade from the 8a in every way. I had no idea how all of those little things really added up to improve the overall experience. If you are a pixel user and cost matters, Amazon's renewed program is the way to go.

Ordered Pixel 8 Pro in "Excellent" condition. The phone received was in externally excellent condition (no visible scratches or mars) however, the phone arrived with several functional problems.(a) Charging - phone would not charge at any rate faster than 1 watt, no matter what charging block it was plugged into. Wireless charging or wired, it would only trickle charge and took nearly 24 hours to charge from 35% -> 100%.(b) Mics - of the 3 mics the device has, at least 2 are nonfunctional. The device won't work with any app that requires mic recording (even after an OS update), that means no google assistant, no Duolingo, etc. Selfie video audio is muddy and muted.(c) Proximity sensor is on the fritz, so that when calls are made, the phone flickers immediately black even when the phone is in your hand on speakerphone.Clearly no QA was done on this device before shipping. Returned for exchange, hopefully another device functions as advertised.

Honestly expected some very light scuffing, but upon close examination the unit I received was virtually flawless and could possibly pass off as new. Worked straight away with my T-Mobile card with great call and data reception. The camera on this phone is exceptional for most people. Not quite DSLR quality but it will surprise you at max settings.Just an awesome phone at great savings.Included the USB-charging cable but no wall outlet interface. Which is fine because my smart house already has the wall plugs.Did not include the sim port ejector tool, but not a big deal as a bent paper clip works just fine.Highly recommended seller and phone.
