Great alternative to the rubber caps. My 2.5 yo was starting swim and needed a cap. She hated the rubber one. It hurt. I thought this and all problems solved. It is a little big but once she has her goggles on, it works and stays. I’d say it’s great for 3-5 yo

It does fit toddler heat, and keep hair away from pool water protecting the hair.

We used this for swimming classes when my little ine was 4, but as she approached 5 it got waaaayyy too smallI would say you can use it perhaps until 4.5yoAs it's fabric it doesn't keep the hair completely dry but at this age they barely but their head under water

Doesn't keep my toddler's hair dry, but I like that she's getting used to wearing a swim cap in the pool.
