I bought these to protect my arms from getting cut up at work. It can be really hot at my job at times and these keep my arms cool and comfortable all day. The fit was perfect and they stay in place the entire time I wore them. I liked them so much I bought them a second time. They might not fit well if you have really large upper arms so keep that in mind. I recommend washing them and then hang drying them since they are a delicate sporty material.

I wear a set for three days. Then launder in a mesh bag in the machine. Hang to dry. They do not lose stretch and come out looking great. After the third laundering, they do loosen a bit at the top, but not in a meaningful way. No weird silicone at the top, it's not needed, they stay. I am average size: wrists are 6", upper arms are 13". If you hate your arms, these will make you love them again. I wear them everywhere. If someone inquires, I say for sun protection. I am not a sports person, other than in the stands. I love these sleeves!! Solar purpura sufferers: these work great!! Recommended.
