Once this crib is finished, it looks great and it is sturdy. As long as you follow the directions closely, you will be able to assemble it just fine. It is a pain to assemble though. There are so many tiny pieces to keep track of. Other than that, it is a great crib.

The shipping box/packing is some of the cheapest I’ve ever seen, first crib came and both sides of the head board were cracked and the top came right off zero way to assemble, second one came box looked like Tyson beat it up, headboard was ok but half of the other pieces were scuffed to no end, so between the two I pieces together one unit, instructions suck to assemble, they don’t show the orientation of half of the pieces so you end up assembling and disassembling things several times. Once together it’s not bad lookin but getting there was a pain. Amazon customer service was much better than the companies customer service to get the issue’s resolved

It is a fragile product, got it broken from different sides. supposed to be transported by two men, but the shipper brought it himself while carrying it carelessly, dropping it and taking it up again. I contacted the manufacturer, Storkcraft, and they told me they do not have replacement parts for this model and are not aware if they will ever get it. So, a terrible experience.

Took about 1.5 hours to put together, with the kids help. If I didn't have the kids, it would have taken less than an hour. I definitely recommend using your own tools, else your wrists and hands will hurt at the end. The assembly is pretty straightforward... only a couple sections I had to examine the pictures closely to make sure I had things oriented in the correct direction. Everything was labeled correctly, and the instructions are pretty clear.There's damage on the backboard - I was worried this would require some L or I brackets, but after it was assembled, I realized it wasn't load-bearing and is fine as is.There's also damage on one of the posts, that is pealing up and presenting a cutting/splinter risk to the baby. I wrapped it in clear packing tape, but glue would probably have worked as well.There's lots of wasteful space behind the drawer... this is a big pet-peeve of mine about modern furniture. The drawer doesn't go to the back of the crib, so there's a foot of wasted storage space. We decided to throw away the drawer and just shove bins underneath.The overall quality is decent. I would have liked thicker posts. Also, for $250, I'm disappointed it doesn't include he toddler bed rails (those are sold separately, and entirely too expensive as well). I don't think this is worth the cost... but maybe on sale it's worthwhile.

This is quite a nice crib. Fairly standard in build quality for this brand, but that build quality is great. It comes with all of the bits necessary to convert it, which is nice (some require additional purchases).The assembly is a massive pain. Every panel is 2-4 pieces, rather than being one continuous piece and it's very easy to assemble the drawers incorrectly. Several of the screwholes do not have caps on the ends, so if you use the wrong screws it's quite easy to damage the piece.If you read the instructions carefully and have plenty of room to assemble, it's pretty nice. The only shortcomings are really in the assembly process.
