I needed something to replace some worn out traditional boxing gloves for bag work, and thought these might be worth a try.I am not a pro at this by any means, but these seem to offer very good padding and hand protection. They also seem to be easier to put on and take off by myself. I also like the finger flexibility.I have used these for a few sessions now, and haven't noticed any difference in the way my hands feel as compared to traditional boxing gloves. I think I like them...

We have 3 people in our house that do TaeKwonDo. These are great gloves for sparring and doing punching work. They go on pretty easily and are comfortable. They protect your hand nicely. The larges were tight on my husband who has big hands, so size up if questioning. They have spots for each finger to slide into on back and stay on nicely.

Great for grappling and mma sparring. They don't consume the hand and leave a lot of functionality for catching and parrying, getting grips, etc. Very comfortable pair of gloves, good for striking as well, the pad really spans over the knuckles for a more form-fitting feel when making contact with punches.

I bought these MMA Sparring/Grappling Gloves for my husband's birthday and he absolutely loves them. He usually uses an XL Glove for many things, such as golfing, snow, etc. But these still fit him, which is nice because I was very nervous about that. His new gym has a punching bag and offers some boxing benefits, so he really wanted something to get back into it. These offer great coverage while being breathable and comfortable. The straps fit around his wrists very nicely and feel tight. I think these are an excellent price and compete with high-end names. Highly recommend!

We have had lots of pairs of the traditional style boxing glove. I saw these and thought they might be a fun style to try for my son. He boxed a bit when he was a younger kid, but hasn't gone back to it for a while. I got a boxing machine as a gift to give him to get him back in to boxing.We moved to a new town and it has a world renowned boxing club nearby. We thought we could take advantage of that.I think he'll like these gloves, because they are easier to get on that other gloves and your hands can cool off with the open palm style.If we run in to problems after he opens this gift, I'll be back to say so.
