My dogs and myself have a problem with dust and pollens and this is the machine that works. Pua, Husky dog often sleeps right next to the machine to stop her heavy breathing. Living in Hawaii we often get some heavy pollens along with our beautiful flowers and trees.

These filters are thicker than the one that originally came with the unit. Fits nice. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in replacement filters for their air purifier.

Llegó envuelto en un plástico sumamente delgado, como si fuera pirata. El precio se me hizo elevado para lo que realmente es.

I gave it 5 stars because no problems- not saying I love the item though as it is a carbon filter for my GermGuardian Air Purifier (who loves that?) but it works perfectly. The carbon filter was exactly the same as the carbon filter "b" that it replaced. For some reason, my filter gets filled very quickly in my bedroom (I have two machines- the living room goes through 1 filter during the same period where the bedroom goes through 3 filters.) I don't know why yet- getting closet doors in case that helps. When I first got the machine I had to change the full HEPA filter three times in 5 or 6 months which is pricey. However, I noticed it was mainly the carbon filter at the front that was getting clogged. So when I went to reorder HEPA filters, I saw the carbon filters and thought I would try them out. It worked. It has been helpful to change the carbon filter once a month in the bedroom- the Hepa filter life is lasting way longer. So it was a good purchase and I would recommend it for anyone who has a GermGuardian Air Purifier that needs Filter B. I am ordering more now so I have extra on hand.
