Works as it should. Got my wife's Dell Optiplex 9020 running again. Easy to swap; new unit seems quieter than the original. Definitely a good value. Matches the original, down to the stickers on the case.

Was replacing a P.S.Unit that became noisy, fan probably ready to quit. Got this one. replaced it in a PC and it failed to power up. Reseated all connections, still fail. Dell Error Codes said it did not have enough power to distribute. It had the same specs as original but did not work. Becoming wary of the term "Upgraded New" in a product. Put the old noisy one in and will run it until I can find a reliable source for a new one. Wish me luck.Update: Seller S-Union, appears to be either; harrasing me or trying to get a better review. Either way, still the same. The 2nd one I got from Seller: Lrker, was better packaged, installed in under 5 minutes and worked just fine. I'm a retired Pro and this isn't my 1st rodea!!

100% replacement for Dell Optiplex 9020 290W power supply. Powered right up - no issue.Don't forget to replace your CR2032 cmos battery at the same time.
