This Matte Black Exterior Door Lock Set is stunning! When you hold them in your hands, they just feel heavy duty and very good quality. They were a nice upgrade to our pool house. I had hoped that both sets would use the same key, but they do not. Each set has its own key so you will have to add 2 keys to your key chain instead of just 1. Make note of that before purchase. For us, it didn't matter. We prefer to have 2 different keys. We love them! We highly recommend these for just a simple upgrade or if you're doing a grand, luxurious remodel. Either way, you won't be disappointed. BUY THEM!! I usually like to list the pros and cons, but this set is just perfect in every way. What my wife and I appreciate most about the Haidms Lock Set is its clean lines and solid block like aesthetic; a look without ornamental embellishments that aligns with our personal taste. Normally, we’re not even big fans of a gold colorway, but we find the brushed finish and low-key luster of the Haidms Lock Set appealing as well. In addition, the square faceplate with the flat, cylindrical door knob makes a clean graphical statement, as does the solid metal embossed Keyhole shaped framework surrounding the key entry of the deadbolt. Altogether, the architectural design element along with a solid mechanical fabrication give the Haidms Lock and Doorknob Set a unique clean look all its own.The dead bolt and door knob set will fit doors up to 45mm in thickness, or about 1.77”; the standard thickness for exterior doors in the US is 1.75”, which is the measurement of both our front door, and the exterior door of our garage. A standard interior door width is about 36mm. The Haidms are designed to fit doors from 35mm to 45mm, or basically, the most often found standard door sizes.Most off-the-shelf new doors are now sold with pre-drilled holes for both a door knob and dead bolts, so whether installing on a new door or replacing an existing lock and dead bolt, the Haidms should fit right into existing cutouts.In all respects, the Haidms Lock Set is of a standard size and composed of standard parts. Notwithstanding any holes that need to be drilled or chiseled out, the installation can be done in minutes. Just be mindful of the orientation of the central spindle as it relates to the corresponding latch assembly. That said, illustrated instructions are included. The lock kit includes three keys and all necessary parts and related hardware for the installation.Since I’m not a locksmith nor have the skill of lock picking, I have no way of commenting on the level of security the lock provides. However, the Key tumbler assembly looks every bit as robust as that of the Schlage locks we’re replacing. And the same can be said of the latch assemblies.I haven’t installed these yet as their meant to be installed in a new front and side door that are part of a remodel. I have checked the fit and as I’ve already mentioned, they will fit standard lockset holes. If anything of importance comes to light after installation, I’ll update this review. We ordered these because they fit the aesthetic of our design idea, so barring any unforeseeable circumstance, we’re very happy with them, as we had anticipated and hoped.

I replaced a doorknob and bolt and it fit perfectly. Quality seems good and it was easy to install.

I love it. It looks really classy is a great lock and I could see us using it for many years to come. I would highly recommend love it.

Really nice quality set of locks. The matte black is aesthetically pleasing and gives an elevated, expensive look. I found the lock to be a little different in terms of typical sets but nothing crazy. I haven’t installed the deadbolt sets yet but did install the lower door locks, it was easy to do and came out nice, I am very happy with it. So far no issues with scratches or durability. I will be back to update once I have installed the deadbolts (sorry guys, I have older doors/locks!)
