Shake and Match, learning fun!
Exclusively form Hape Toys, the Shake and Match Shape Sorter is a great solution for kids beginning to develop problem solving skills by encouraging color and shape awareness. Children can match the blocks to the holes by matching color or shape. To get the blocks out of the Shape Sorter, just pull aside the elastic band and shake them out. All block shapes are filled with beads to provide children with some rattling fun when they're not busy developing their problem-solving, shape-sorting skills.

Hands down our favourite kids toy. Can be used for newborns, right up until 5+, both my baby and pre schooler love this toy. It offers many learning opportunities like colours, counting, shapes, shape sorting, cause and effect, plus each piece has a rattle that little ones love shaking. Definitely recommend.

This really is a beautifully done toy. The kids like that each shape makes sounds from the beads inside and enjoy matching the shapes and then emptying them out. All the edges are smooth and it is very well made. I don't have to worry about edges peeling, or the kids picking away a paper/cheap top liek i've experienced with Melissa and Doug products.The strings on side are very stretchy so they hold the shapes inside until you are ready to take them out again.

Perfect first shape sorter, lovely colours and good quality wood and paint work. The pieces don't fall out easily as there is a piece of elastic attached to the opening, however a little difficult for chunkier toddler hands or adults to pull out the shapes because of the elastic. Shapes slot into the spaces easily and each shape makes a lovely soft shaker sound or tiny bell sound when shook. perfect for colour matching as the shapes and spaces have the same colour and of course learning shapes and physical skills.
