Easy to use and clean. The average persons hand can fit into the opening to clean with a sponge. The metal filter is fine enough for coffee grounds also can be used to slow drip jasmine tea (multi passes of cold refilled water throughout the day). I wish it came with a spare dripper piece its really small and easy to lose while clean. but other than that I high recommend it!

I have had this for a few months now. I like strong hot coffee. This takes time but delivers a very clean and high-quality coffee. Recently the filter fell apart. It seems there are two parts to the filter. The manufacture failed to adhere the two parts properly. Not happy. Normally, you'd expect a simple punch to connect the parts. But nothing. For now, I have super glued it. Hope it works.

Like other reviewers have noted, the stainless steel coffee holder breaks easily and cannot be fixed. Avoid.

This is perfect for a quality cold drip experience. Flavours come through well and certainly beats waiting several hours or overnight for an immersion brew. No sacrifice on flavour.
