Tried Harpy this morning. It worked well and was surprisingly easy to use. It quickly drained my old oil and without creating a mess or spills. I found the directions and the illustration inside the case lid were clear and easy to understand. But what got me the most was the convenience of changing oil. No crawling under the car and oil mess. You can do it do it almost anywhere since It runs off your car battery. The extractor and parts are solid. Worth getting.

It took almost 45 to 1 hour to drain the oil of an Audi S4 with 9 liters of oil. It's a good buy, no need to under the car and deal with the used oil into the pan. Straight to the container with no oil spill.

I recently tried to change the oil on my Mini cooper, only to find my oil drain plug completely stripped and rounded off. I was unable to remove the plug on my own. I had just purchased a premium filter, and oil. I did not want to have to bring it to a mechanic to have the drain plug replaced, knowing they would probably have to change the oil and almost certainly would not use my provided oil and filter. I decided instead to leave the oil plug in. I purchased this pump to remove the old oil. It was surprisingly easy and efficient to use. I did not experience any leakage. It was relatively speedy, only taking about 8 minutes to completely drain the oil pan. The pump seems quite sturdy and made to last. It is all metal so the pump has enough heft to keep it steady while it does the work for you. I did listen to other reviewers and used a heat gun to straighten the drain tube's. The included stoppers are perfect. The case however, is almost useless once you straighten the tube's. All in all this is a great pump and a great value! I highly recommend this as a buy!
