After I received this watch, set it up and wore it for a day, the pedometer quit working. I emailed the seller and they responded within 24 hours. We spent a couple of hours emailing information back and forth. After talking to their IT department, they determined that the problem could not be resolved remotely. They then offered me the option of a full refund or a replacement. I like the watch, so I have chosen to get it a replacement. The customer service even though it was by email was friendly and professional. Although the watch developed the issue, I am giving them 4 stars.

I went back to one of these smart watches after about 8 months with an iWatch. The iWatch now loses charge before the end of the day; this watch (much, much cheaper btw) keeps its charge for days. I had one before, but lost the charger cable & replaced it with an iWatch. Disappointed in iWatch. I'm only keeping it charged and on the window sill for when I need to use it to locate my cat via AirTag (you need more than one Apple device going so the AirTag can triangulate location.) This Health Fitness Tracker watch measures all my steps throughout my active day; no need to reply to a message "It looks like you are taking a walk. Record activity?" With this watch, it simply measures my steps, heart rate, blood oxygen level and blood pressure through the day (although I would not count on the BP too much, however it has been pretty close to my cuff BP much of the time so far.)

I like the look & feel on my arm as well as the ability to easily manage some features/display options (like clock face) on the unit and via my iPhone. It also seems to do a reasonably good job of tracking distance walked via GPS. The PULSE check seems OK.I really like the SITTING FOR TOO LONG warning that appears on the face with a gentle quiver on my wrist. However, I recommend that you ignore the Blood Pressure reading. My unit indicates that my BP is always at least 140+ / 80+ (usually, 145/86). The unit gave me this reading when I was getting my annual physical wherein my BP was recorded as 121/78 by the doctor's cuff device.I bought the AMZHERO for a convenient way to track my pulse and BP after having an AFIB episode that caused me to make a visit to our local emergency room... also, because I liked its trim appearance. Too bad that the BP function is useless.

I looked around & decided on this watch to track my steps as my other "fitbit" like watch died. I like all the other features it has and really didn't need a text or calling feature - which it doesn't. All good. Once you get it set up on your phone, all the setup features pretty much take care of themselves. Now about the features: face is nice bright, easy to read display and can see time of day just by lifting your hand - stays black rest of time. I liked that . The pulse and blood oxygen are accurate. Like that. Blood pressure, on the other hand, is not so accurate. 3 separate tests with an accurate cuff vs watch. Watch ran at least 20 points high all the time. My cuff told me 116/77, watch told me 144/80. Another test cuff= 120/78, watch read 143/83. Cuff 124/78, watch 141/83. For someone needing to monitor my BP, I know now to deduct about 20? From the watch reading. Lastly, the sleep.function, hmmmm. For some reason, no matter what time I goto bed and fall asleep, it only starts registering my sleep after 11 pm. Then tells me I need to goto bed earlier. I di like being able to see how deeply I sleep or light. Last night I was in a deep sleep for over 60% of the time, that is only after 11pm. Guessing that I slept well prior to 11 as well. Woke up refreshed enough. Oh, I also question the number of steps. My other step counting device always had me 2-3 times higher than this device. I guess they've used an algorithm for someone w very long legs - lol. That's why the step count on this watch are so few - takes me 2-3 steps for each ONE it counts. There you have it. My experiences with this watch. Still think it's a good watch for the $$
