We are hanging exterior steel custom commercial gates. These things are heavy duty quality with screws. Nice stainless heavy stainless steel finish. They feel like a 2 pound steel dumb dumbbell. You get what what you pay for; buy these👍🏻

Used this hinge to fix a door that would swing open after it was opened about 45 degrees. This happened because the door frame is not level. The proper solution would be to remove the door frame and reinstall it level. Too much hassle and too expensive. The door has 3 hinges so I replaced the middle hinge with this one to offset the force that pushed it open. Works fine, door does not self open any more. I gave it 4 stars because the quality is nothing special and you would probably get something comparable cheaper elsewhere.

Boss wanted the supply door to be kept closed. So I installed this and it works great! It was great because it came with both wood and metal screw, which is want was used on the other hinge. So I just removed one of the old hinges and installed this one, then tightened the spring. Wala it was fixed!!

Drop in replacement for worn old hinges. Works well, lifted my door back up so it stopped rubbing on the jamb.Contains both machine & wood screws, which I thought was nice.
