I like the ease opening these jars. I like the clear glass. I like the short, wide design. Easy to get into and spoon out what you need. Tried various spice jars ( don't like the tall narrow spice jars, too hard to measure off the top). A clear winner. I am now in the process of re-doing my spice shelf. I also use these for food supplements. Just remember, these jars must be OUT of direct sunlight.

I've noticed that people have had cracked jars and stuff. I think they've fixed the problem, because mine came in a very snug fitting foam and there are no cracks. I tested them with water, and there are also no leaks. The lids seem loose, but when I tip them over with water in them it still didn't leak. I'm using these to store mixed paints, so they definitely will do the job for me! I'm going to keep them in the foam so my cats don't knick them over and roll them around.

Great for storing slime, but not so great for liquids. About 6 of the jars leak when overturned with water. Other than that they’ve been wonderful to store my kid’s slime.
