I got this bag because it's a little bigger than a typical fanny pack. Once I got it I realized that it intended to be used to carry a nintendo switch. It does fits a nintendo switch, but could be used as a cross over bag too.

Great for city walk or carry-on extension. Easy on and off hard to grab off.

As a daily carry cross body, I think the most important part of any bag is, of course, comfort. I'm happy to report that this Alpaka Sling Mini V2 does it great job in helping you move with some great features attached to it. The materials are great, as is the incredible durability, as expected of an Alpaka product.I opted for the Axoflux material rather than the X-Pac because, this canvas-like material is both durable and looks great without the nasty scratchy noises and annoying scratchy look associated with the latter. The difference between these both is that the X-Pac will feature a honeycomb orange lining, while the Axoflux is more so a gray material that is sleeker and still equally durable. Overall, the inner compartment of the bag is great, it's spacious and can fit even a change of clothes plus some electronics.However, I do think that the compartments can feel a bit overengineered, as is the outer bag lining. A crossbody should be a bag where you throw everything in and worry about later. A large portion of the bag's main compartment unfortunately has a fairly thick divider, about a half inch thick, which I feel does not feel a lot of value to the bag. I'd rather a thinner material in favor of that extra bit of storage. The zippers are solid, and are made by YKK with waterproof lining, which I am a fan of as well.Otherwise, I do like the hidden pocket on the flat side to keep your valuables safe, as is the outer pocket to keep my keys in with the included fidlock hardware. I'm also not quite a big fan of the maglock on the strap, you have to slide the strap instead of popping it off like many other bags I own. This is more difficult than necessary, especially if the bag's contents are on your chest. However, I will not deny the bag is of quality and will last you a lifetime.

This has been a great little hiking and vacation bag! When visiting the Grand Canyon, its large size allowed us to pack a few small snacks, in addition to sunscreen, keys, wallet, phone and sunglasses. I wore it crossbody, and it allowed for easy and quick access to my belongings. It also allowed me to free up my hands. We also went to Vegas, and I felt much safer carrying my personal belongings to and from, as again, I wore it crossbody. The strap is easy to adjust, and the zipper runs smoothly and easily. The material did good even when it rained, making me very pleased with the quality.

I have been using this sling for dog walks. The sling easily fits all four of my dogs leashes, treats, dog booties, my wallet and keys and a few personal items. The strap clip for this bag is sturdy with the magnet mechanism and I would be confident using this to carry my valuables on a trip to an area with pick pockets. I also appreciate the internal keychain clip point that also uses a magnet clip. There is also an external d-ring where I clip my hand sanitizer and dog poop bags for ease of access. The zippers glide smoothly and are rubberized so have kept my things dry in light drizzles. There are three zippered pockets, one on the back that I actually missed entirely the first few times I used this bag, the main pouch that has an internal pocket that is fleece lined and great for storing a tablet or sunglasses, and two smaller internal pockets for smaller items, and an outer zippered pocket that has a clip for your keys.My only complaint with the bag is that I wish it was a little wider for just a little more additional volume and ease of finding stuff in the bag, since most of the volume comes from the height it can be hard to fit my hand in to find stuff when it's really full. Overall a quality product that I'd recommend to any looking for a sling.
