My husband told me to get back on Amazon and write a positive review for the product and the simple instructions. We have had several bad experiences with instructions being in another language or the instructions and materials did not match up or just being difficult to understand, but these were simple and easy. He didn’t curse or throw things so I’m really pleased also. The faucet is pretty and we are really enjoying it so far. We finally have hot water in the kitchen, just by changing the faucet!! It was also delivered to my door within two days. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommend to others.

The faucet appears to be well made and was a breeze to install, but a word of caution: make sure the thickness of your counter, sink, and cabinet do not exceed the recommended depth or you'll have a problem. I got lucky, I was just able to make it work, but if it had been a 1/4 inch thicker, it would not have installed correctly.Other than proper planning being a requirement, everything else about the faucet is great. It's battery operated and requires AA batteries, so make sure you have those in hand. I ended up raiding a remote for some batteries because I mistakenly thought it plugged into the wall. Again, proper planning prevents piss poor performance.It does take a little getting used to. We keep shutting it off manually and then cursing ourselves when it doesn't come on. Go figure.Overall, however, it was a great purchase and recommend it highly.

We loved the concept, worked perfectly for first year. At 13 months, head started screeching so loud it woke family up on other side of house. Holding the button down with one hand was only way to avoid the screech.The price was amazing, but do get the extended warrenty!We would have ordered and paid for another head except cant find any parts on their official website or the store link on Amazon.Fortunately, Ace Hardware has a head with muktiple adaptors, so was able to keep rest of the product. Avce has a lifetime warrenty for their head.The touch part works well, the battery seems to last a long time, looks attractive, goes off after so many minutes if you accidentally leave it running.I guess if you get the warrenty, it would be a reasonable purchase. If I could have ordered their head I probably would have given it a 4, but there appears to be zero product support.

We have a sink similar to this one, and got this for our downstairs sink. The hands free system is a major plus. My husband said assembly was easy and straightforward. The hands free sensor runs off a battery. Looks great at our bar.
