There are lots of online sites that provide code for using NTC thermistors like these to calculate temperature. The base resistance and "B" value that are required for this calculation -- 100 kOhm and 3950 -- are included in the description. For use with Arduinos, this one needs solid wires soldered to the end of the very fine stranded wires for use with a breadboard or headers. Can't be inserted in water, but the long leads mean you can use it in locations away from your breadboard. Overall, a good deal.

3D printer temp sensors, they are what they say they are. Been using these on my Voron Trident and Mercury 1, with no issues or deviation from temps. They're cheap and work! Also quantity is good for having spares.

The leads on these would seem to be long enough(1 m) but on a Creality 5 Plus they're not quite long enough. I made 1/4m extensions from the leads of the first failed thermistor using JST connectors bought here. Work fine. I've noticed that tolerances from piece to piece can lead to temperature readings that vary up to 5 degrees between pieces, use a thermometer to check accuracy and make note of needed offsets. These mostly fail when getting covered in molten plastic from a failed print and then when trying to clean the area off, one lead breaks off the bead. So mechanical failure rather than electrical. Unless that happens, they last for months in continuous use. But buy spares, crimpers and the JST connector kit. As a plus, these come pre-stripped for crimping. I usually have a couple already terminated for a quick swap.
