I needed two ratings of fuses but found buying them individually or in small quantities of each cost more than this kit of many amperage ratings does. Since I don't know how often I'll blow fuses in a test instrument, I'm pretty sure the quantities and ratings of the fuses in this box will cover my needs and not allow a blown fuse to interrupt my work.

If you have a bunch of stuff that uses fuses, like multimeters, amplifiers, 12V sockets, and other random junk, you want this. Also do get the 150 pack and not the 100 pack. Paying $2 for 50 more fuses is super worth it (bought for $8.69 at the time). Now whether it is a quick blow fuse, I don't have the equipment to test that, but it damn sure feels like a ceramic fuse and I will take that over any kind of glass fuse. 5x20 fuses are usually for small electronics that are not multimeters (for good reason) but my dad's ancient snap-on/blue point meter had both its 10A and 2A fuse annihilated and it only uses these tiny 5x20 fuses. Nearly all high grade multimeters use fast blow ceramic fuses, so this set of fuses was basically the only choice.

It is a fuse. Good values. If ot blows right away is it a poor quality fuse or do you have another issue?! :)

Quantity is great for the price. fast shipping, I received it a day early. Only negative is that they are very hard to read hence the 4 star instead of 5.
