These knee wraps are made of quality materials, including a cotton blend that feels comfortable to wear. However, they sometimes struggle to stay in place since they lack elasticity or an adhesive agent. I often have to re-wrap them during workouts, which can be a bit annoying.

I use both knee sleeves and knee wraps on occasion. When I want to have more tight support, I go for wraps. Compared to other wraps I've used, these are very comfortable and made of good quality materials. I also enjoy the design aesthetic.

Imagine my surprise when I had my one knee all wrapped up in one of these and then couldn't bend it. As in, no give at all. No stretch to the fabric. I finally did a bodyweight squat and by forcing myself to bend down the strap came all apart. I took it off and put it back in the nice little plastic pack they came in. I don't think there's any hope of "breaking them in" or getting some stretch out of them. Now, to be fair, they look good. The plastic bag is nice. And if you need to wrap you knees up to keep them locked and pressure on them, you can get these really tight. I don't know, say for super-heavy calf raises, if those bother your knees, or straight-legged deadlifts, if those do, these might come in handy. I won't try squatting or deadlifting with them.

These knee wraps are thick, durable, and built for heavy lifting. The cotton-polyester blend feels sturdy, and the reinforced stitching adds extra support. But for me, they keep slipping. Unless I fasten them very, very tight. I’m 5’7” and 180 pounds, but they seem designed more for bigger and serious powerlifters who need maximum compression and support. I will continue to use them and hope all it needs is to be broken in.

Excellent knee wraps here. They’re over 6.5 feet of high quality durable cotton and elastic material, with hook and loop for fastening. They wrap up tightly, yet have enough elastic to bend in the knee joint so they don’t restrict squat movements.Very helpful for heavy leg days, but I should say that they’re not always necessary as there’s some downside in using them as well. Simply put, knee wraps help load more weight and help prevent inflammation in the joint which is especially helpful with injured knees. But if you have such injured knees, you shouldn’t be doing heavy squats anyway so the wraps wouldn’t be needed. We work on our legs for sake of strengthening the muscles, tendons, and joints. By using wraps, much of the work load is diverted to the wraps which eliminates the benefits to those areas. So my only point is, these are amazing wraps but you really should only be using them if you’re a competition level meat head, or maybe if you're maxing out occasionally. Please note: My review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for honest, accurate reviews.
