More surface area than normal mounts and 3M VHB.Clean both surfaces with alcohol. Wipe dry with paper towel. Remove paper side and apply to mount. Press REALLY hard all over the mount.Remove red side and apply to helmet. I applied a good amount of pressure for 5 min, making sure to really squeeze the corners and edges. It's been days and so far I trust it. Lifting at all.Will hold most small cameras.

The HSU Adhesive Mounts are fantastic for securing gear to helmets. The adhesive is incredibly strong and stays firmly in place, even during intense activities. Installation is quick and easy, and they hold up well over time.

Its exactly what it says, comes with different shapes for different surfaces and they’re extremely strong. My helmet has a very small surface area the size of a finger and i ride daily and have had no issue in the 6+ months ive had it
