I was told that this would fit the Aura 4 - it does not. It does go over the speaker but does not fasten. Do not recommend for Aura 4.

This is probably one of the worst purchases we have ever made. We originally purchased this monitor in May 2023. By January 2024, the camera completely stopped working and connecting to the parent unit. We had the “green light of death” on the camera. We tried every troubleshooting recommendation available to no avail.I finally reached out to customer service who is a NIGHTMARE to get in touch with. When I finally located a way to contact Hubble, it took them a week (with follow-up emails) to respond despite the auto email saying 1-2 business days for a response. After some very delayed back and forth that included having to send photos and videos of the troubleshooting steps taken, a warranty claim was submitted a month later (yes it took a month) as we were within the year of purchase.When we received notice the claim was submitted, we were then advised that the unit was out of stock and would be shipped “as soon as it is available”. We were also notified that the replacement unit would only be warrantied for either 90 days, or the remainder of our warranty whichever is greater. While this may seem great, we were already in February, and technically the warranty should have lasted another 5 months (starting in jan when the unit stopped working to May, the anniversary of our purchase date). We didn’t not receive the replacement unit (refurbished) until mid March. This left us with the 90 day warranty, still, 2 months short of what we should have had.Now, here we are, shortly past the one year of when this issue first occurred, and we are presented with the “green light of death” on the replacement camera unit. With all of the technology and capabilities, one would think that a baby monitor should last longer than a year! We are severely disappointed in this company, their communication, and lack of resolve. TWO monitors that did not last a year.TLDR; monitor is junk, doesn’t last more than a year (experience from two monitors), customer service communication is terrible and warranty on replacement is a joke.

I love my Hubble! I have 2 and they connect to the parent unit both easily. I love how you can look on both your phone and the parent unit. 10/10 you should purchase !

I love this hubble camera, when ever we are on the go it is easy set up, easy to use, great quality and I can see my baby through the monitor. No wifi required.

La compre con dudas porque es para la Aura Studio 3 pero yo tengo la Aura Studio 2, porque quería protegerla del sucio y polvo y quedo increíble

I am not the kind of person to write negative reviews or write a review at all so I hope someone reads this and thinks twice. I had another camera by this company and had no issues with it so I got the glow, I liked it and ended up preferring the wider angle lens. I found the glow+ and figured it was the best of both worlds as the glow did not have a monitor and only worked via their app!! I received the box in the mail and was excited to set it up but it didn’t work. I contacted the company and they were really friendly and helpful. They sent me a replacement camera in the mail. It took forever but I wasn’t super concerned bc I had the other camera to monitor my child still so it was fine. When it arrived, it was the WRONG ONE. Their cameras and monitors are not interchangeable bc the software on them is not compatible across the board with all of their products (honestly, I think they probably do that to make a ton more money off their customers than anything else). So the replacement camera they sent me did not work with the monitor. I contacted them again, they verified it was the wrong camera and sent me another, expedited. It arrived quickly, but when I opened the box IT WAS THE SAME CAMERA THEY HAD SENT THE FIRST TIME. At this point, I’m fuming. I have a product that doesn’t work, and two cameras that do but are not compatible with the first product!!! It’s has been over the course of two months that I’ve been dealing with this. The company DOES NOT have a phone number to call, and I had been using a live chat to speak with them but I couldn’t find the link to it, only an email. I have not received anything in response to my emails in the last week and so I finally messaged Amazon as I had bought the original product (this one) through them. They are kindly allowing me to return the product despite it being much past the deadline for a return but please be cautious when purchasing a product from this company. I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience and I really wish I had a way of contacting them other than by email.
