Product was exactly what we needed. SUPER easy to put around our mirror and doesn't appear like its going anywhere anytime soon. Looks really nice! We even had a gold strip at the top of our mirror that wouldn't come off, so we just laid this over the top. You can't even tell.

I read the reviews where problems with adhesion is mentioned, and I have a suggestion for that. This molding has pressure sensitive tape on the back and just as the description says, it's pressure sensitive. Automakers have been using this for years to hold trim and emblems to vehicles instead of drilling holes. The trick is to make sure that the surface that you will put the molding on is really clean by using something like acetone or rubbing alcohol as neither will leave a residue. I used 90% rubbing alcohol and after pressing this molding into place it will not move. I also have one more suggestion and that is that the molding doesn't stretch. If you look at the pictures notice that the counter has a slight ramp at the end before turning vertical. When installing this I started at the back and pressed the molding to the counter just before it started to turn up. Then I pressed the molding into the curve and then down the front. That way the molding dropped into the depression and not "bridge" it. You can't press the molding into the depression and expect it to stay, a seam roller is handy to use to press it down.One other thing not mentioned in any of the product description is that the black part that you see has a thin plastic coating on it that peels off when you are done. It's like when you buy something that is electronic, and it comes with that piece on the screen to protect it.
