¿Cómo reemplazar con el nuevo motor de soplador HVAC?
1. Usa siempre protección ocular y comienza con herramientas de instalación.
2 Localiza el motor del ventilador HVAC debajo del salpicadero del lado del pasajero. Puede ser necesario quitar el salpicadero para acceder al motor del ventilador en algunos vehículos. (Nota: En vehículos más antiguos, el motor del ventilador puede estar ubicado en el compartimento del motor en el Firewall del lado del pasajero)
3 Desconecta el conector eléctrico del motor del ventilador.
4 Retire los tornillos de retención al conjunto del motor del soplador.
5 Retire la caja y el conjunto del motor del ventilador.
6 Retire los tornillos de retención del motor del soplador. Retire el motor de la caja.
7 Compara el nuevo motor del ventilador con el antiguo para verificar que tienes la pieza correcta. Instala el nuevo motor en la caja y aprieta los tornillos de retención. Vuelva a instalar el conjunto del motor del ventilador.
8 Conecte el conector eléctrico del motor del ventilador.
9 Opera el sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado. Verifica que el motor del ventilador funcione a todas las velocidades y que el sistema produzca aire caliente y frío.

Thankful for easy to order, easy to install parts like this to save $$$ at the repair shop. The AC fan was making noise like the bearings might be going bad and summer is coming soon. This part came in quick, and took me under an hour to remove the old one and install this new one. It fit perfectly and it works perfectly and now I have nice quiet air flow.Installation is easy, but you do have to contort yourself under the dash on the passenger side to get to it, so it's a little uncomfortable to see and be able to put a tool on each of the mounting screws. There's three that hold it in, and there's not enough room for a regular screwdriver, but at least on the Lexus the screws were cut for either a T25 bit, an M8 socket, a 5/16" socket or even one of those stubby flat-head screwdrivers if you really have no tools. I'm sure this would be $200-$300 at an auto repair shop and probably $400-$600 at the Lexus dealer, so there's no reason to waste that money given how easy this was.

I couldn’t get the connector to fully seat at first. Once I figured out that the blades on the connector were slightly bent, I straightened them out and was able to install it in my car. The fan works great.

The blower stopped working in just a few months. It didn't even last a year. I don't know what limited lifetime warranty means on this product. To me it means don't buy car parts on Amazon.
