Came with exact wire connector foy my 99 Voyager, runs very quiet but puts out a-lot of air and great price.

There is a rubber part that goes into the frame to keep it from cutting the wires I believe. I had to cut that because it was on backwards and turn it around, but since it goes into a holder, it was not a big deal. It has now been almost a year since I purchased it, and it is still working perfectly.

My 2000 Dodge mini van was having some blower fan issues of not coming on some times so I got a new resistor coil and blower fan because they both were 24 years ols and needed replacing. When I changed the resistor, the fan started to work okay so since the fan replacement is easy but a pain when you are 80, I didn't change it. Then a few weeks latter the fan didn't want to start so I changed the fan out. I didn't think it would sound any different then the old one when it was working, but it is more powerful. Glad I got this fan at a good price, but will it last another 24 years?

This was very helpful and did not take long to put in. Glad it was easy since the weather is to be very cold now. Works very good and even shut my check engine light off.
