I had a Bible lesson teacher at our church ask me if we had a nativity stuffed animal set, so I found these. The picture is within minutes of me unpacking them so ignore the fact that they are wrinkled looking. They washed up and fluffed up nicely in the dryer. Personally we could have done without the yellow crosses stitched onto the sheep, but that didn't stop us from using them each Sunday of December as we taught different parts of the Christmas story to the preschoolers. They were cute, soft and having the same plushies week after week was actually memorable for them and the kids ask for them. A little note, baby Jesus is sewn into Mary's hands, so we just wrapped Mary with another cloth to cover that up when we told the story of the angel coming to announce to her that she would become pregnant.Our Jesus doll does show more skin than the one in all the listing photos, so we kept pulling up his swaddling clothes and trying to cover him up a bit more. Also, I feel like adding an Angel plush to the set would make it more complete, but don't hear me complaining! It's a really sweet set that we'll pull out every Christmas in Sunday School for now on. Great investment!

Animal lover 5 year old really enjoyed this! It was a fun hands on activity. Later, once the animal was out of the egg, we also enjoyed reading facts about that animal on the corresponding flash card.

This was perfect for my use. We did Mary on the mantel instead of elf on the shelf. Definitely just for decoration. They would not withstand being played with by the babies.

I feel the quality doesn’t quite match the price. The dolls are soft and colorful, which makes them great for kids, but the stitching on a couple of the pieces, especially the donkey, seemed a bit loose.The designs are simple and sweet, but I was hoping for a bit more detail, especially on Saint Joseph and Virgin Mary.

Kids love these, they spend hours digging for the animals! Makes a bit of a mess but worth it for the time they spend playing with it.

This is a gift and my grandsons, ages 4 and 7. They haven't used the item yet. However we have had similar "Dig It" kits and they enjoy them so I am sure these will be a big hit also.

The kids loved this toy. They just love opening these eggs. They did the one for dinosaurs so I bought this and they really enjoyed finding the animals.
