The product works for carrying his guitar. My husband was looking for a lighter carrying case since he is getting older. The gig bag fits, well padded, easy to handle but the zipper on the outside pocket is not well sewn. It came apart at the first use. I was very unhappy since it was my husband's birthday present. We super glued it together but can see another weak area. I will resew the entire area. I wanted to buy a better quality bag but he insisted on not spending too much.

The gig bag seemed pretty decent but… I somehow missed the writing stating that is does not fit full size acoustic bass. But it was a no hassle return, good seller!

I bought a used bass guitar and needed a inexpensive gig bag for it to protect it from being bumped around I'm very happy with my purchase

This is a great case for your instruments. I use this for my electric bass guitar and it fits really nice and snug! This length is 47 inches so be sure that your instrument will fit this case.This case feels very quality and feels thick and durable. I feel it will last for a long time while I take my bass on gigs and to travel. This bag has a large Exterior Pocket with an organizer for more accessories such as tuners, picks, strings, cables, capo, CDs. Even your sheet music can be stored in the specialized pocket for papers. Great storage space for your gig accessories you will need.The padded backpack style with dual adjustable shoulder straps, special designed back handle loop and reinforced carry handle allows for easy transport between your gigs, rehearsals or classes. This is an all around great little case for your bass. It is very comfortable to carry as well with the padded straps you can carry it for more time.This is a great bag and I would highly recommend this to any musician that wants a lighter weight bag that will still offer great protection from the elements.

This is an average gig bag. It doesn't have as much padding or pocket room as some others, but it is totally up to the job of protecting my bass when I'm hauling it around in the back seat of the car. That's about 95% of the travel time for my instruments: driving to a buddy's place to play. It's easy to carry when full and the bag by itself is almost weightless compared to that 5-string.As for build and all, it's padded and the outside material is water resistant and thick enough that it won't tear easily. This is pretty much what I wanted and expected when I ordered it.
