I got the iBaby M7 for my daughter who is now four and love the camera, even though the app has a few flaws. We’ve been using it for four years now and have been mostly happy with it. When I had my second child I decided to get the ibaby M2C so that I could use both on split screen. The camera image quality is great, the sound quality is noticeably not as good as the M7, it sounds echoey, lags, and I have to turn my phone volume up all the way. I decided to go with the M2C the second time around because it seemed like it would be easier to travel with as it’s smaller and it’s easier to connect it (no usb cord required to connect to your phone like you do with the M7). I am disappointed with the quality compared to the M7, I’ve only traveled with the M2C once and when I reconnected it back at home, the cord won’t stay in the port tight enough to stay connected. I’ve resorted to taping it in but now it’s not very portable and it still wiggles loose enough to disconnect in the middle of the night. I reached out to ibaby for a replacement but still waiting on a response.Update 4/29/24: iBabyCare emailed me back the next day and requested proof of purchase. After providing that information, they sent me out a prepaid return label to send back the defective monitor for a replacement. I received the replacement fairly quickly and set it up with no issues. Sound quality still isn’t the greatest though compared to my M7. Customer service has greatly improved since I dealt with them last a few years ago when I had issues with my other iBabyCare monitor.

As a first time mom I didn’t even put this on my registry. After having my baby my fear of everything kicked in lol. So I did my research and although the 3M sticker that comes with the camera sucks, the overall quality of the camera is amazing. There is no lag, sound and movement are all in real time. I LOVE IT! We’ve tried finding other cameras that are cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for. I totally recommend the iBaby Cam ❤️

We love how easy it is to check on baby, play stories for him, songs, lullabies, AND nature sounds. But wait, there’s more…you can even upload your own songs! Our baby loves the Winnie the Pooh tv show theme song and we were able to upload it to play him that along with any other throwback favorites! It alerts us if the temperature in his room is too high! We can take pictures and videos of his cute crib moments also!Super easy to use. We have to unplug it every few weeks due to wifi issues but I think that’s our issue, not the actual device’s issue.We can invite family members to be able to see baby also!The alerts can be a lot but that’s expected. I like how the alert is it’s own sound so it wakes me up while sleeping so I can check on baby through the night. My family loves this monitor. We even have out of state family that can check on him and talk to him through the camera too!

I usually don't write reviews but I know it was hard for me to figure out what baby stuff to buy especially a baby monitor. So I want to share my experience with you because I'm so happy I bought this. This is my second monitor I've purchased from ibaby, one for my son and now one for my daughter.I love this monitor because:- Easy set up!- You can access the monitor through your phone and you don't need a separate handheld device.- I was able to bring this on vacation to use and it was so easy!- You can give other people access to the camera as well with their own login and you can give whichever access you want them to have.- Picture quality is amazing.- It really saved us one night because I was sleeping and my mom called me because she happened to look at the camera and my daughter's swaddle came up and was covering her mouth and nose.- Great price!If you are hesitanting which monitor to buy, I can't recommend this one enough!

This is our third iBaby Monitor, our other two are the m7 series. We were very excited about a portable option that would be easier for us to travel with. Set up was fairly simple, it took about 2 tries, and then it linked immediately to our existing app. We can use a split screen function to see all three cameras at once if we wanted (though we plan to use this one as a portable/travel monitor). We appreciate that it connects to our phones so that we can watch the video stream for peace of mind to check in while out to dinner or to give access to care takers to watch from their own phones, instead of carrying a separate monitor.The video quality is probably the strongest on this monitor (and it was strong already on the others). The only limitation (that exists for the non-portable/bassinet monitors in the series) is that you can not adjust the camera view remotely- this is to be expected given its purpose, but still a limitation.We are excited to use it for travel and for the bassinet until our little guy moves into his crib (and transitions to his m7 Lite monitor).
