Tested with multi-meter. Settings; 5V, 9V,12V, 14V, 18V and 20V DC. Plug is correct stated polarity. Voltages listed were correct within acceptable tolerances. Set includes more adapter plugs than you will ever need. Quality of case, cord and included components appears good quality. Directions, (multi-lingual), comprehensive, clear and easy to understand. *Remember to verify the voltage you need, select it and wait for the little blue lite to stop blinking before you plug the charger with the correct adapter it into your selected device.* 4 star not 5 as it is new to me and I only give 5 stars if the item lasts a reasonable service life, we'll see. Recommend for purchase.

I love power supplies that come with a variety of products. I have a box full but at times when I can't find the one I need, its nice to have one that can have the tips changed AND the voltage changed. This one will run my photo lights or my light pad. Comes with a lot of tips to use, easy to set the voltage and works as it should. For the price you can't beat it.

I bought this to have for back-up for when I would need it. I have now need to use it 4 different times with 4 different items. The first time I tried to use it I reached out to support and they voltage was to low to use with that device. Since than I have tried using it with a labtop computer, home phone base, keyboard piano, and to charge my battery box and this has not powered up any of them.I am very disappointed with this product. I don't know if the one I received is defective or not because I never received a replacement and was never offered a replacement.

I bought this to power a wifi router I bought that arrived without an AC adapter; I've hooked it up and it's doing its job brilliantly (you wouldn't be seeing this if it wasn't).It's nicely designed, though the right-angle connection to the tips could conceivably make it awkward, difficult, or impossible to connect to some devices. It makes it awkward with my router; my choices were to have part of the tip pressing against the base of one of the router's antennae, tucked snugly between the tabletop and the LAN cable, or sticking up in the air at the back of the router and looping back down to the floor. I chose the second option, and it's inelegant, but not in any way that's likely to ever actually matter; it's just one of those awkward things that I know is there...but that probably doesn't have any practical negative consequences. Router seems to be working great, so...there it is.

I purchased this product to use with various devices that have different voltage and watt requirements. I was completely blown away by how well this works. The included tips work with just about everything I have, and while I don't need it, the polarity reversing cable is good to have. The unit automatically detects the voltage at the wall, and with a simple cycling push button, you can set just about any output voltage you want. And to top it off, the output amperage is automatically metered from just about zero up to 24 watts, depending on the draw of the device needing power. A truly great piece of gear and a phenomenal price.
