Very comfortable, but the pouch in front leaves wearing pretty much anything impossible, unless you want everyone to stare at your crotch while waking down the street.

My waist measures 37", and the sizing guide says I should wear XL, but I sized up and purchased the XXL (because they often run small) even though I'm usually an XL in thongs & G-strongs. The fit is almost on the large size, so I should have just followed the sizing guide. The waist is on the looser side, but not too loose, and the rise is a little higher (you can see that the back sits up pretty high). What I really liked about these us that the pouch is the largest of all the Ikingsky G-strings or thongs I've purchased. Although I am not able to show pictures of it, the shape of the pouch didn't fit me as well as it could. It is too rounded (too blunt) at the longest point, leaving what looks like a "flap" or fin of material protruding. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of fit problem. But again, the large size of the pouch is a big plus if you're well endowed. I love the fact that the top of the pouch comes to a vee, and the rise is VERY low. It's so low you'll need to shave very low to wear these without showing pubic hair.

Fit is excellent, material is good quality. They are holding up very well . I am definitely ordering more .
