I gave this automatic cat feeder and water dispenser as a Christmas gift, and it has been a hit! The app is incredibly user-friendly—scheduling feedings is a breeze, and it even sends friendly reminders, which is a great touch for busy pet owners. It makes managing meal times effortless and ensures consistency, which is especially helpful for pets on a strict feeding schedule.The only downside is that the amount of food and water dispensed at a time is a bit small, which isn’t ideal for larger or, in this case, chubbier cats. It may require multiple feedings to meet the needs of bigger eaters.Overall, it’s a fantastic product that brings convenience and reliability to pet care. If you have a pet with a normal appetite, this is a great investment, and even for bigger cats, it’s still a helpful tool—just be ready to schedule extra portions!

I am satisfied with my purchase but there are some things to note. Set up isn’t the easiest. The feeder/app requires 2.4GHz WiFi, and not being very tech savvy, I had no idea how to access that. Basically, make sure your router has a dual-network capability. Second, the English instructions are pretty confusing/poorly translated. I’ve been using the feeder for a few days now and am satisfied with its reliability and it does get the job done. I like that it logs the history of the feed times. I’m still figuring out all of the controls which is a little frustrating. And lastly, I have no idea what measurements the “portions” are so I’ve just been eyeballing it.The water fountain is great though! Very easy to set up.

It works great and came as pictured but I am having a difficult time connecting the app. Once I get that figured out, it'll probably be great but 4 stars just because the app isn't connecting/finding my device.

Water fountain was easy to set up and also adjust the motor strength so you can have an aggressive fountain or a very small amount of circulation. Plus it comes with two nozzle heads so you have different options of how the fountain worksThe feeder itself is ok. First few days, I had no issues. Unfortunately as my cat got wise to how it worked, it would reach up into the dispensing chute to try to get more kibble out, and occasionally 1-2 would come out. I suspect this is just stuck food from a prior feed that came out, but it makes my cat go crazy attacking this thing and knocking it over. At least the hopper lid never comes off.The feeding app has significant reliability issues. It lets you pick how many "portions" to dispense. I just dispensed 4 into a measuring cup to figure out how much to feed my guy. Unfortunately I've had issues with the app, with the rare feed getting skipped or if you do want more than 6 portions at once, it seems to only dispense a handful of feeds and stop. I tried 10 portions since that was an option, and it stopped after 4. Fairly concerning since the app will tell you that the "feeding was successful" and you'll have no idea if that's true if you're not home. I think the success rate of getting it 'right' was 90+%, but if you only feed your cat 2-3 times a day, that risks skipping a meal and letting him go hungry 1-2 times a week.Would rather buy something slightly more expensive and reliable.
