P: ¿Por qué la red inferior no es plana?
R: La rejilla de incubación no es plana, y el centro estará ligeramente empotrado para facilitar la colocación de huevos. En la primera etapa de incubar los huevos, primero saque la "red inferior". Cuando los polluelos estén fuera de la carcasa, saca el rodillo para reemplazar la "red inferior". La "red inferior" y la rueda de desplazamiento no se pueden utilizar al mismo tiempo.
P: ¿Cómo sé si está girando mis huevos?
R: La bandeja se puede ver fácilmente desde el lado transparente de la incubadora. También presiona "+" para probar la función Gashapon. "Tiempo de giro" en la visualización mostrará la hora del siguiente giro del huevo.
También puedes probar marcando los huevos y comprobando periódicamente si el lado marcado se está moviendo.
P: ¿Por qué la temperatura de la incubadora es diferente del termómetro?
R: Debido a factores externos como la temperatura ambiental, la temperatura real puede variar en ± 0,5 °C, pero no afecta la eclosión de los huevos. Nuestra incubadora tiene una función de calibración manual, puedes consultar el manual para ajustar la temperatura perfecta.
P: ¿Se puede utilizar la incubadora de revestimiento múltiple sola?
R: Puedes utilizar solo una capa o dos capas. También puedes utilizar tres capas al mismo tiempo, montarlas libremente para adaptarse a los huevos que necesitas eclosionar.

Not very happy that this is my second purchase of this item and everything is in Chinese. I cant read what it says and the attachment for the water bottle is a foreign attachment. Where does one get a Chinese water bottle

*Editing to add we have a 100% hatch rate on the first go and the second batch is nearing the same hatch rate.I'm very happy with this incubator. The temperature and humidity read correctly as 1 layer, as 2 layers the humidity at the bottom reads higher than the built in gauge. The turner works perfectly. Battery backup came in handy a couple of times for us. We currently have 38 duck and 4 goose eggs in it, 18 eggs are hatching today. Next round of hatching will be quail eggs! My only complaints are I wish there were more rollers, I need to find more for my quail eggs, the wires hang inside a little funny so you need to figure out a way to run them so they don't disturb the eggs, and I can't seem to adjust the temperature but it's probably just user error on my part. Overall I'm very satisfied and have recommended this incubator to another farmer as well.

This thing is complete trash and let me tell y'all why, at least I'll vent my frustration here.1. Cheap thin plastic unit with FOAM cover for insulation :( [-5]2. Unit has 2 floors but the middle is not covered - temperature loss :( [-5]3. Water unit does nothing - needs to be manually opened and watered EVERY GOD DAMN TIME :( [-5]4. Eggs turn till they hit wall opposite sides of each other & get stuck :( [-5]Owner - If you're seeing this STOP selling this put-together-trash, leaves bad image for the professional grade products.

Not enough info provided with incubator on starting hatchery, like humidity how to keep unit within range, when to add water, assembly instructions poorly addressed, etc
