If you haven't bought these before you need to know the OD of the hose you're working with by measuring with a caliper. I like a fit where upside down it won't fall off after you slip it on before crimping. Once you do it a while then you just know. I can't know it for you. Some like to insert the fitting them measure the hose OD for the ferrule but I say pooey get a just fit on the hose almost falls of but doesn't then ram the fitting in like Madonna the crimp it. A little lube helps the process I like water / dish soap about 75 water /25 soap. But what do I know I just make hoses.

Fits a 3/8 air hose but won’t fit the 3/8 hose crimp slot so I had to use the 1/4 crimp slot.
