I've been using this for about a month on non-sensitive items that don't require clean power. For those items, I use a pure sine wave inverter. I'll use this for small motors, led lights, or small resistive loads that don't care about a modified sine wave. I haven't had any cutout issues, but will drain a battery below the point a charger will recognize it. It gets used sparingly, but serves a purpose. The 4 star review is based on the quality of material which are a bit lacking.

I received this inverter today, it came well packaged and is just what I expected. It works exactly as it should and seem well made.Overall, this purchase perfectly matches its description, and I am extremely satisfied with the product. It definitely deserves a five-star rating and I would purchase again!
