Great Product, This is to replace a Xantrex. Works which I can't say for Xantrex or their company. Quiet, reliable and the transfer swithch actually works. Priced very well. The only issue I see is the +/- connections should be moved farther apart.

This is a great 2500w pure sine inverter. It doesn't run hot, its quite, and performs very well! I'm using this in my camper and I'm able to run our mini fridge, lights, and TV while still charging our devices all at the same time. I have no complaints with this inverter at all. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

This 12-volt DC to 120-volt AC inverter has a feature that sets it apart from most other similar products. It can automatically switch between batteries and an external AC power source, which lets it operate as an uninterruptable power supply. This could keep a refrigerator or any other appliance running during a power outage, when using (correctly sized) 12v batteries as a backup supply. I tested this ability using a 1500-watt space heater which stayed running on battery power when I turned off a wired-in external 120v source, with no service interruption. This function would work well on a docked boat or parked RV with an external power source available. Loss of external power causes this inverter to auto switch to the battery input, keeping AC power flowing to any devices plugged into for it as long as the batteries can continue to supply power. This is above and beyond what most products like this can do. The remote is wired and can turn the unit on / off, and it houses the feedback LCD screen which monitors voltage input and voltage and power (in watts) output. All error codes for any operating deficiencies (high / low voltage, overheating, etc.) are visible on the remote only as there is no readout on the main unit. Because this unit delivers a pure sine wave (not modified), handles a lot of power, and has the ability to auto switch between sources, it deserves 5 stars and a good product recommendation, which it's getting from me.
